Payment Process:

  1. Payment should be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Orders will be considered void after 24 hours.
  2. Transfer the total amount of your order to the MCB Bonaire account 41710309 under the name MEANT TO BE BONAIRE BV.
  3. Remember to include your order number in the payment description.

Order Pickup Process:

  1. Upon payment, you will receive your order number via email. Once the package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Keep this information secure.
  2. Bring your identification card and tracking number to the Divi Divi office at Curaçao Airport. Collect your package after being contacted by one of the Divi Divi staff.

NOTE: In Curaçao, you are required to pay local import duties based on your invoice. These costs are not included in your webshop purchase and are additional to the current charges of your purchase amount.

Shipping & Returns:

  1. Face/beauty products are non-returnable.
  2. Returned products will receive a credit for the webshop, which is valid indefinitely. No cash refunds are provided.
  3. Customers are responsible for:
    • Sending the product back to Bonaire in good condition.
    • All costs associated with returning the product to Bonaire.
    • Optionally insuring the product during the return to Bonaire.
    • Any damage the product may incur during shipment from Curaçao to Bonaire.
    • Returning the product to Bonaire within 1 week.
    • Notifying us of a return via email.
