How does ordering work?
Order Process:
Payment Process:
Payment should be completed within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Orders will be voided if not paid within this timeframe.
Payment Details:
Transfer the total order amount to MCB Bonaire account 41710309 under the name MEANT TO BE BONAIRE BV.
Include Order Number
Remember to include your order number in the payment description for accurate processing.
Order Dispatch and Pickup Process:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing your order number. After receiving the order amount, we will dispatch your order to our trusted partner 'Divi Divi.' There they will take care your order will arrive at Curaçao as fast as they can. You will get a phone-call when your order is ready for pick-up.
How does the shipping process work?
Shipping Method:
All orders from Your Fit Bonaire are shipped via air transport for prompt and efficient delivery.
Delivery Timeframes:
Average delivery time to the Bonaire Post Office is within 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
For customers on Curacao, our trusted partner, Divi Divi, handles pick-up point delivery. Delivery times to Curacao may vary, and you will be notified by phone regarding the arrival of your order on Curaçao.
Pick-Up Process:
For Curacao: Divi Divi will coordinate pick-up point delivery. Ensure you have your ID and order confirmation email on hand for a smooth retrieval process.
Address Accuracy: Provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Your Fit Bonaire is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location and the weight of the items in your order.
Customs and Duties:
Any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
How can I make a return?
Customers are responsible for:
- Sending the product back to Bonaire in good condition.
- All costs associated with returning the product to Bonaire.
- Optionally insuring the product during the return to Bonaire.
- Any damage the product may incur during shipment from Curaçao to Bonaire.
- Returning the product to Bonaire within 1 week.
- Notifying us of a return via email.
Face/beauty products are non-returnable.
Returned products will receive a credit for the webshop, which is valid indefinitely. No cash refunds are provided.
